Brief

We begin by listening to you, your plans and the specifics of your venture. This can be carried out in person, via phone, e-mail or video-conferencing. At this stage one of our consultants will contribute by providing you with an  overview of relevant opportunities and risks alongside advising on the feasibility of your project. This entails both a quantitative and qualitative summary focusing on areas such as budget, market and location.

 

You will be further informed about fees and how we will take action to effectuate your vision.  

Implementation

This is where we get hands on. All of our implementation phases begin with in-depth market research, analysis of relevant data, a prudent assessment of financials and any necessary communications. We remain in contact with clients throughout the process and provide follow-ups with regards to the current stage. At times we may have to re-coup with clients and are happy to physically attend a location or site for for further probing.
